At Irish Craft Studio, we strive to deliver your handmade engraved products safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, and other relevant information. By placing an order on our Website, IrishCraftStudio.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.
Custom or Bespoke Orders may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time for custom orders will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or inquiry.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates based on the shipping destination are provided below:

3. Custom Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office for detailed information before placing an international order.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. Please use the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery status of your order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to specific import restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain regions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will inform you promptly and provide a full refund for your order.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal service delays, customs inspections, or other external factors.
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at theirishcraftstudio@gmail.com.
- If your package is lost or missing, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier. Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at theirishcraftstudio@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for a replacement or refund, if applicable.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. Irish Craft Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping arrangements may be necessary to resend the package.
At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility. If no one is available to accept the delivery you may receive a written note to advise that a delivery has been attempted. If you are not available to sign for the parcel on the second delivery, the goods may be delivered back to ourselves and there will be a re-delivery charge applicable.
9. Changes to Orders
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at theirishcraftstudio@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.
